1. Progressive Muscle Relaxation techniques 
This is a direct way to your release physical body tension, which may ease stress, anxiety and chronic pain.
Progressive muscle release is a technique of deep muscle relaxation developed by American physician Edmund Jacobson during the 1920s.

DISTANCE REIKI is the practice of remotely channelling healing energy to a recipient. Reiki healing energy can be sent across time and space when the Reiki distance symbol is used.
