Cancellation and Refound policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to cancell you appoitment.

We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website.

 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a booking charge.

 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please email us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee and we can reschedule your appointment for another day or we refound your booking deposit.
