My treatments are designed to help people with medical conditions, sports injuries, provide relief from stress and help you achieve physical and mental balance.I am always ready to offer helpful advice to improve you health and to help you relieve any tension and tightness you might have, and strive to leave you satisfied, refreshed, and stress-free. ​My treatment works around a personal schedule, allowing for more freedom and flexibility.I will show you propper breathing, and teach you how you can do easy yoga poses and stretching.Usually, I blend the techniques which will lead you to forget any pain and muscular tension.
The Massage treatment, Reiki therapy and Yoga sessions are a perfect combo for all body and mind. After the treatment you will notice increased mental focus and concentration levels, improved posture, and better overall sense of vitality. ​
