My name is Lisa, I am  well trained Yoga instructor, massage and Reiki therapist.
I have more than 12 years experience for real massage and yoga.
I am  ITEC Level 3 Certified Massage therapist, Reiki Master and 280 hours Certified Yoga Teacher and hipnotherapist.
I teach a mixed level of Hatha yoga, Chair yoga, Yin yoga, Kundalini yoga and meditation, breathing techniques as well.​

What is Reiki?
